We can deliver to all provinces in Indonesia.
Expedition delivery services and instant ground couriers.
We require a maximum of 3 working days to prepare your order. Please note that your order will be processed on the next working day if you place it outside of working hours or after 15:00 WIB in a working day.
If there are any issues during the delivery such as lost or missing items, we will be happy to assist you in resolving the problem with the expedition and courier service.
Returns & Refunds
- The return policy applies to defective or incorrect items due to KSU’s error.
- It is mandatory to provide an unboxing video showing the package condition with intact shipping label, clearly demonstrating the condition of the product.
- The hang tags and labels attached to the product must be intact.
- The return policy does not apply to products in the Promotional showcase, hampers, and gift boxes.
The sender does. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost when returning the item to us, and we will pay for the shipping cost for sending the replacement item.

You can pay in installments without a credit card. Installments with a credit card are currently only available for BRI and BNI.
